Happy to share that I've recently become a contributor to BuySide by The Wall Street Journal, their personal finance coverage, where I'll be writing about all things money, wealth and personal finance.

It's wild to think back to college when my finance prof made us wear suits to class and buy the WSJ or FT so we could absorb real world business.

Now, I'm actually writing for them. Not to mention one of my earliest childhood memories is watching my Dad study stock prices in the WSJ at his desk - guess it rubbed off on me.

My column will cover all things personal finance:

  • credit cards
  • money management
  • creating financial independence
  • finance product reviews
  • finance explainers
  • financial success stories

I can and WILL need many sources and stories to feature in my articles. If you know finance, economics, or have an interesting financial story, be on the lookout for my call for sources.

My first few articles will be published soon, and this is not the only new publication I've been accepted into. More announcements are coming.

For now, I'm celebrating accomplishing a huge and seemingly unattainable goal that college Chi thought was impossible.

I'm going from reading WSJ for class discussion to actually writing for them.

5 Things B2B founders Believe

They need to attract clients 24/7 on LinkedIn

  • A massive following
  • Viral content
  • A team of professional marketers
  • A "revolutionary" approach
  • Huge marketing budget

What founders ACTUALLY need to do:

➡️ Embrace storytelling. People connect with stories, not just facts.

➡️ Share your wins. Demonstrate your value through real-world examples.

➡️ Showcase your expertise. Offer insights that highlight your industry knowledge.

➡️ Provide value, but leave them wanting more. Give helpful tips, but remember you're not giving away free consultations.

➡️ Empower your audience. Offer actionable advice, but position yourself as the guide for implementation.

➡️ Demonstrate relevance. Show how your skills directly address your audience's pain points.

➡️ End with impact. Leave your readers with a thought-provoking takeaway or call-to-action.

This takes consistent effort,

But it's far more effective than sporadically posting

Without a clear strategy.

You're LinkedIn profile can be a client attracting asset

Or another chore you have to deal with

Because your competitors are all-in on LinkedIn

The choice is yours.

Drop a 👋 in the comments, and let's explore

How we can craft content that resonates with your ideal clients.
