Chris Cabrera is the Founder & CEO of Xactly Corporation, bringing with him a wealth of senior management experience in early-stage and public companies.

He is renowned as an industry expert in sales performance management, sales compensation, employee engagement, incentive compensation, big data, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery models.

He received the prestigious title of 'Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year' from the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at USC Marshall School of Business.

Chris is the author of 'Game The Plan' and co-author of 'Xactly Sales Compensation for Dummies', and contributes to various industry publications like Inc.com, Selling Power Magazine, and destinationCRM.

Before establishing Xactly, he served as the SVP of operations at Callidus Software, overseeing worldwide sales, marketing, customer advocacy, and strategic alliances, culminating in a successful IPO in 2003.

Chris Cabrera holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Southern California (USC) and an MBA from Santa Clara University (SCU). He actively participates in advisory roles at SCU's Leavey School of Business and the SCU Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE).
