His experience as Editor-in-Chief and subsequently Publisher of 'The Claremont Independent' honed his skills in communications, allowing him to effectively articulate policies and ideas while managing a team of writers.
In his capacity as District Representative with the California State Senate, Chris was instrumental in navigating and addressing the legislative needs of his constituents, gaining invaluable insights into state-level governance. This position paved the way for his roles as Policy Advisor and ultimately Senior Policy Advisor with the County of Orange, where he was responsible for shaping and guiding significant policy initiatives. Additionally, Chris has offered his strategic insights as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Fullerton and served on the Orange Countywide Oversight Board, where he played a critical role in overseeing financial operations and policy implementation for the county.
