He excels in strategic planning, program/project leadership, and business analysis, with expertise in SAAS, PAAS, ITIL Best Practice, and Customer Service Management. Chris holds an MBA in Operations and IT from Queen's University and a B COMM in International Business and Accounting from Concordia University. He has held various roles at ServiceNow, including Senior Principle Success Architect, and has also worked at Oracle Corporation and Deloitte Consulting.
