Chris Marovich is the founder and President of Retirement Design Group, a firm specializing in helping small and mid-sized companies create retirement plans for their employees.12 He is a Retirement Plan Advisor with extensive experience in the financial services industry, having been helping employers in the qualified plan market since 1992.1

Marovich holds several professional designations, including AIF®, CRPS®, CPFA®, and RICP®.1 He advises clients on developing and maintaining effective due diligence practices and meeting their fiduciary obligations.1 Prior to starting Retirement Design Group, he worked for some of the retirement industry's largest firms, most recently as Regional Vice President of Transamerica Retirement Services.1

Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.12 Outside of his professional life, he is an active road cyclist and mountain biker who enjoys traveling, eating, cooking, and watching soccer. He holds a National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) Level 1 coaching license and helps as a ride leader for the Placer Foothills Mountain Bike Club.1 Chris resides in Rocklin with his wife, two sons, and two Australian Shepherds.1
