Last month, I had the incredible opportunity to join Bill Aulet and Paul Cheek from the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship in Belgrade to help foster the growing startup ecosystem in Serbia. Bill and Paul taught Disciplined Entrepreneurship and Startup Tactics to a group of 75+ entrepreneurs at the Science Technology Park Belgrade - Naučno-tehnološki park Beograd to give them the tools they'll need to further accelerate Serbia's rapidly growing scientific and technology potential. 🚀

I worked alongside the wonderful Hisham Anwar, Magda Zydzik, Vassilis Papakonstantinou, and Christopher Pirie in coaching teams to apply the 24 Steps of Disciplined Entrepreneurship to hone their business ideas. The workshop culminated in a pitch-style competition with team presentations. It was a total blast.

My own personal favorite takeaway from the week came in Bill's closing remarks. "Don't believe your own bullshit. Keep learning, working hard, and being humble. Follow the process." Great wisdom!

Huge shout out to Smiljana Krivokuća and Nenad Paunovic, EMBA for organizing such a wonderful and well executed event and for their incredible hospitality! ❤️
