On the early morning of Thursday, September 17, 2020 Nicole Somma's world was upended when a devastating fire gutted her landmark Lake George restaurant, the Lakeside Lodge & Grille in Bolton Landing, NY, which she had managed since 2006, along with the recently renovated adjoining Suites at Lakeside Lodge.
Before the fire took place, Nicole, who was raised in Bolton Landing, was always the first to support local and regional fundraising efforts. Now, she and her two children desperately need our help restoring her family’s business.
The fire may have taken away everything she knows — her income, day-to-day life and immediate future – but it hasn’t diminished her passion to bounce back from this horrific event.
