Highlights
I don't expect a Mad Frenzy of hiring all of the Sudden. But the commitment from the Fed to lower Interest Rates is an important First Step IMO. The feedback I receive from different companies from different industries is that the Programs and Projects and Work is ready to go, but just not approved to be Funded and then with that the associated Headcount. This move by the Fed should make Corporations a bit more confident to proceed and spend on those Programs, resulting in Demand that should put a lot of great people I know back into the Workforce including Recruiters and Technologists.
Thoughts on this? Is a turnaround pending?
PS. I hope I look this good at 71 PPS. Who wouldn't want to have a big meeting in Jackson Hole?!?
Some of the best available ideas are sitting in the minds of those that don't use Social as a Platform. My hope over time is that 'older' minds can share their Wisdom with the marketplace. This is beyond the sharing of articles, but insights that can only be attained through life and it's many failures, successes, obstacles, etc. We need the Village Elders in all the areas of life. Our Businesses being right at the Top. I appreciate the enthusiasm and mindset that exists with the many top 'influencers' and hope that over time the Boomers and X'ers can jump in and contribute their Wisdom.
