We are searching for a full time venue manager to oversee all facets of the business that will report to and receive support from the the owner.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Being the the face of the venue and the brand to Surrey Hills
- Working both front and back of house
- Delivering a high standard of customer experience
- Recruiting, supporting, training and developing staff
- Write and maintain rosters
- Stock management and ordering
- Manage customer bookings and events
- Maintain our POS system
- Ensure compliance for OLGR, food safety and OH&S
- Work to budgets and manage costs
- Liaise with X-Golf HQ
We are looking for someone with:
- At least two years of hospitality venue management experience
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Current RSA
- Food safety supervisor certification
- Great leadership and team building skills
- The ability to work independently and manage up
- Excellent customer and supplier interpersonal skills
- Basic computer/technology/word processing skills
- A good knowledge of and interest in golf
- Current driver license and own car

- Experience with Kounta / Lightspeed POS
- Local connections
