Amazing to have EM ENERGY featured by Investment NSW and the Minister for Innovation, Science and Technology, Anoulack Chanthivong for our efforts in making green hydrogen from organic materials without the need for energy and heat, such as this waste coal.

The grant funding we've received under the MVP Ventures Program will help accelerate our R&D work and allow us to continue pioneering our exciting new technology.

A big thank you to the NSW Government, the University of Newcastle and the fantastic research team working on this project, Isabel Toasa, Kesha Sriee, Peter Richardson and Dan Bishop!

It was very cool to chat to NSW Premier Chris Minns earlier in the week about EM ENERGY's technology turning coal waste into hydrogen without any heat or electricity. Newcastle is the perfect location for us, providing access to world-leading researchers at the University of Newcastle and being on the doorstep to the Hunter Valley, which is going through a major energy transition. It was great to meet the University's Chancellor, the Hon. Patricia Forsythe and Vice-Chancellor Alex Zelinsky as well as the Member for Newcastle, Tim Crakanthorp. A big thank you to the I2N at The University of Newcastle team, Siobhan Curran, Richard Berry and James Bradley, amongst many others for all of your support.
