Highlights
Today we've had the chance to meet with our portfolio company urban energy GmbH and our Co-Investor adesso SE in our All Electric Society Park in Blomberg.
Since our Phoenix Contact Innovation Ventures GmbH initial investment into the company almost five years ago we are together tackling the challenges of sustainability through digitization, from data collection and ESG strategy to automated reporting and the implementation of optimization measures. Today we further aligned on our next steps.
It was also a great possibility to present our AES-Park in our Phoenix Contact Headquarter, where we already by today turn our vision for an "All Electric Society" into reality - energy is generated, stored, distributed, energy consumption beeing optimized, and how all these areas relate to each other.
Thanks to everyone involved - Paul Dittrich | Andreas Prenneis | Marcus Böker | Stephan Thies | Alexander Haferland | Marius Fiebig

Finn Holsing, Leiter des Nachwuchsleistungszentrums DSC Arminia Bielefeld, und sein Kollege Moritz Konsemüller, sportpsychologischer Experte, sprechen zu #Talententwicklung vs. #Ergebnisdruck.
