Today my partner, Bettina Hirsig, and I got selected by UBS as #UBSGlobalVisionaries for our work at Powercoders. This nomination is not just for us, it is mainly for our team, for friends, colleagues, and acquaintances who empowered 317 migrants coming from 46 countries to kickstart their IT careers here in Switzerland. A big shoutout to over 350 volunteers and 170 companies who joined our impactful journey during the last 8 years. 🚀
And special thanks to UBS, not just for nominating us, but for walking the talk and offering more than 30 jobs in their IT department to our graduates. Thank you Curdin Duschletta, Tom Hall, and Maya Ziswiler for this great collaboration. 💪
