After spending the first 15 years of my career in tech — hustling, building, scaling, leading — I’m making a change!
Therapy has always been central to me. Building relationships and helping others is a passion of mine. Now, it’s my (second) career.
My experience at Cisco, then-Facebook (now-Meta), Pinterest, and Wish provided me opportunities to coach individuals and teams while also solving never-before-seen problems. What’s more, those 1:1s, late nights, deep conversations, and collaborative efforts allowed me to discover that what brings out the best in individuals is when they have “that someone” in their corner. The person who can relate, who challenges and encourages, who rolls up their sleeves, and ultimately is there for them at the end of the day.
And now as a therapist, I am that person!
I know that finding a therapist can be a challenge. The thought alone of just finding one, let alone the right one, is overwhelming. But know you’re not alone. So, if you’re looking for a relatable therapist who can honestly say she “gets it” and provides a safe space to talk it out, heal, and achieve meaningful change, I’m ready when you are.
