Christina Houri is the Founder, President & Director at Le Petit Paradis Preschool, with a strong background in both fashion design and early childhood education.
Having attended the Lycée Français de New York for High School and The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Christina began her career as a Fashion Designer and Buyer before transitioning to the education sector.
She discovered her passion for teaching while working as an Assistant Teacher at Le Jardin a l’Ouest, a French American Preschool, which led her to pursue further education in the field.
Christina took classes at Bank Street College and completed the Montessori training program, gaining valuable experience at Riverside Early Learning, a Montessori-based center in New York City.
Despite briefly returning to the corporate world, Christina's love for teaching children persisted, inspiring her to realize her dream of opening Le Petit Paradis Preschool, where she incorporates her expertise in Bilingual French & Eco-friendly Education, as well as Montessori & Bank Street Philosophies.
Her vision is to provide a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow, guided by dedicated teachers and fostering seamless communication with parents, ultimately shaping confident and fulfilled individuals.
