Managing Director- Global Head of Acquisition Finance at Goldman Sachs

Christina P. Minnis is a seasoned finance professional with a rich background in the investment banking sector.

Starting her career at BT Alex Brown, Christina rose through the ranks to become the managing director of Corporate Finance.

In 1998, she transitioned to Goldman Sachs as a vice president in the Investment Banking Division (IBD), focusing on leveraged finance deals for the Financial Sponsors Group.

Throughout her tenure at Goldman Sachs, Christina held various key positions, including co-heading the Leveraged Finance and Healthcare Groups in the Americas, leading Corporate Finance for the Consumer Retail and Healthcare Group, and advancing to managing director and partner roles.

Presently, Christina Minnis serves as the global head of Acquisition Finance at Goldman Sachs and co-leads the company's Group in the Americas.

She also plays a pivotal role on Goldman Sachs' Firmwide Capital Committee, Investment Banking Division (IBD) Executive Committee, and IBD Risk Committee.

Christina Minnis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and a Master's degree in Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Passionate about education, she contributes her insights as a member of the Advisory Board for the Yale School of Management.
