Christine Granados, a native of El Paso, Texas, is an accomplished journalist and author.

With a background contributing to prominent publications such as the El Paso Times, the Austin American-Statesman, and the Fredericksburg Standard-Radio Post, Granados has shown her dedication to the field.

Her literary achievements include the publication of 'Fight Like a Man and Other Stories We Tell Our Children,' her second book of fiction released by the University of New Mexico Press in March 2017.

Granados pursued her education with a focus on writing, earning an MFA in Creative Writing from Texas State University and a BA in journalism from The University of Texas at El Paso.

Throughout her career, Granados has held various roles in notable organizations including Writer/Editor at Magazines, Newspapers, Administrative Manager at the Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission of Austin, and Faculty positions at institutions like Texas Tech University, Central Texas College-Fredericksburg, and the University of Houston-Victoria.

She also served as a Co-Publisher at the Rockdale Reporter, a Lecturer at The University of Texas at San Antonio, and worked on Special Projects at the Fredericksburg Standard Radio-Post.

Additionally, Granados contributed her expertise as a Faculty Member at Texas A&M University and as part of the team at Hispanic Magazine, Inc., focusing on Moderna & Hispanic magazines.
