In her current role at TD, she leads the development and execution of comprehensive campus talent strategies, encompassing campus relations, talent acquisition, and early talent development programs.

With a profound commitment to sourcing and grooming TD's future leaders, Christine is passionate about fostering connections, networking, and mentoring individuals interested in pursuing enriching careers within the organization.

Christine Keleshian holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in General Management, both from York University. Her educational background has equipped her with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in talent management and organizational development.

Over the course of her career, Christine has held various key positions at TD, including Manager of Recruitment Delivery & Employee Experience Programs, Manager of Experience Programs for Early Talent, Program Manager for Campus Development Programs, and Manager of Campus Recruitment for TD Securities & Corporate Office.

Prior to these roles, she has also served as a Campus Recruitment Specialist, HR Officer, Supervisor of Corporate Reception Services, Manager of Customer Service, and Customer Service Representative, showcasing her diverse skills and expertise across different functions within the organization.
