Christine Okike is an accomplished attorney specializing in complex restructuring transactions, representing various entities such as companies, creditors, equity holders, investors, and more.

With a diverse industry background spanning automotive, sports, entertainment, retail, energy, real estate, financial institutions, transportation, healthcare, media, and telecommunications, Christine has extensive experience in handling prepackaged, prearranged, and traditional Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court workouts, distressed acquisitions, and cross-border proceedings.

Recognized for her professional excellence, Christine Okike has received prestigious accolades including being named as one of Crain's New York Business' 2021 Notable Women in Law, an Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor in 2019, and an Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer by Turnarounds & Workouts in 2018.

Additionally, Christine was inducted into the International Insolvency Institute NextGen Leadership Program in 2017 to honor her as a prominent 'Rising Star' in the international insolvency arena, and she was selected as an emerging leader in the American Bankruptcy Institute's inaugural 40 Under 40 initiative in the same year.

Christine Okike holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Columbia University School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science & Spanish Language from Brown University, and is a High School Graduate from Phillips Academy Andover.
