Christine Wallace is a visionary leader in Higher Education with a strong focus on Online and technology-centered education. With over 18 years of experience in various education institutions, she has built an international reputation for her innovative and forward-thinking leadership style. Christine excels in designing, developing, and implementing exemplary Online programs, with a particular interest in solving the challenges faced by educational institutions.
Christine's expertise lies in re-positioning organizations for success by implementing Lean procedures and processes, curriculum design, and strategic program development. She is known for fostering strong partnerships with faculty and administration teams and is highly collaborative in her approach. Christine also has experience in managing remote teams and creating student-centered programs tailored to meet the needs of 21st-century learners and their employers.
Specializing in pedagogy and andragogy for Online learners, Christine focuses on building organizational infrastructures to deliver high-quality education in flexible formats globally. Currently, her goal is to establish Kettering University as a leading provider of Online STEM education and to launch a new center for professional and continuing education with a diverse range of learning methodologies.
Christine's educational background includes a AB in Psychology from the University of Michigan, a PhD in Public Affairs and Administration from Western Michigan University, and a M.Ed in Community Counseling from Augusta University.
Throughout her career, Christine has held key roles at various organizations, including Chief Learning Officer at Chief Learning Officer Magazine, Vice President at Kettering University, and Executive Director of Health, Human Services, and Strategic Product Initiatives at Laureate Higher Education Group, among others. She has also established her consulting firm, Christine Wallace Consulting (CWC), and served in academic positions at prestigious institutions like Davenport University and The University of St. Francis.
