Christopher Adams

Cryo-EM Research Scientist at UCB

Christopher Adams is a highly motivated PhD researcher at Imperial College, specializing in protein biochemical and structural analysis.

His current research, funded by CRUK, is focused on revealing the structures of membrane proteins using cryo-electron microscopy to identify new mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.

He holds a PhD in Life Sciences, an MRes in Biomedical Research with a focus on the molecular basis of human disease, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science.

Christopher has worked as a CryoEM Research Scientist at UCB and has previous experience as a PhD researcher in Structural Biology at Imperial College London.

Before his research roles, he was a Biomedical Scientist in Microbiology at Public Health England and a Medical Laboratory Assistant at NHS.
