Promoting behavioral healthcare access and engagement in all care settings.

Christopher Molaro is the co-founder and CEO of NeuroFlow, a digital health company focused on integrating behavioral health with physical health across various care settings.12 He founded NeuroFlow in 2017 after serving as a U.S. Army Captain for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader.13 Molaro is a West Point graduate and earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.34

Molaro's experience as a veteran led him to recognize gaps in the behavioral health system, which inspired him to create NeuroFlow.1 The company aims to improve access and engagement to behavioral health resources, using technology to identify population behavioral health risks, engage individuals with appropriate resources, and enable care teams to make more efficient decisions.12
