It has been a strange experience doing courses and exams during lockdown, but they have worked well. This morning I received confirmation I have passed my IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditors exam. The knowledge has been greatly received as we are implementing our Quality Management System at Cyberfort and will use the International Standard as the framework.
I just wanted to say a thank you to the team at Bywater who provided the training. They have had to change their business model to conduct courses online and was not sure if IRCA would approve exams to be taken electronically. When I attended the course, they were still waiting for the decision. It just goes to show how the pandemic has forced businesses, examining bodies, authorities to change their practices to create a new normal.
Now I know I have passed the exam I feel a sudden urge to buy a thermos flask, some sandals and start calling myself Dwayne Dibley.
