Chrystie Kelly is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in research, analytics, audience strategy, and customer intelligence.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Marist College and has also studied at Marywood University.

Chrystie currently serves as the Head of Research and Analytics at Initiative. Prior to this role, she held the position of VP of Audience Strategy at Initiative.

Her extensive experience includes roles such as Group Director of Customer Intelligence at Organic, VP of Partner Research, and Partner of Research at UM Worldwide.

Before joining UM Worldwide, she worked as a Research Manager at Univision Radio National Sales and as a Freelance Research Manager at ION Media Networks.

Chrystie's career also includes positions at Universal McCann as an Associate Research Director, Univision Communications as Special Projects Manager, and Harrington, Righter, Parsons (HRP) as a Research Director.

She has also worked as a Data Analytics Specialist at Simmons Market Research Bureau and as a Research Analyst at Eastman Radio.

Her expertise spans multiple areas within the research and analytics field, making her a valuable asset in any organization.
