Chuan-Zheng Lee is an accomplished electrical engineer and doctoral student at Stanford University, specializing in machine learning, information theory, communications, networking, and technology policy. Prior to pursuing his PhD, he honed his skills in the industry for two-and-a-half years, working on Ethernet and TDM protocols, FPGAs, network synchronization, and Python-based testing. He completed his Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering at Stanford in 2015 after graduating as the top student in his class with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (BE(Hons)) from the University of Auckland in 2010, majoring in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Lee is deeply committed to leveraging technology and infrastructure advancements to enhance the lives of individuals.

During his academic journey, Lee has been actively involved as a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University. He also gained valuable experience through various roles in distinguished organizations such as Arista Networks as a Hardware Engineering Intern, Aviat Networks as a Signal Processing Engineer, Aviat Networks as a Student Signal Processing Engineer, and Fisher & Paykel Healthcare as an Assistant Product Development Engineer.
