Chuck Henderson is a long-serving Special Assistant for Projects and Policy at the Office of U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH).12 He has held this position since 2009, focusing on serving the people of New Hampshire's North Country.12
Prior to his current role, Henderson was an entrepreneur. He founded and owned Chuck Roast Equipment, Inc., a manufacturer of Polartec outerwear, which he ran for nearly 40 years from 1973 to 2008.12 During his time as a business owner, he demonstrated a commitment to social responsibility, donating over 1,000 fleece jackets to child refugees during the Kosovo war and providing custom uniforms for the Russian Nordic Disabled Ski Team in 1990.1
