WOW! Just wrapped up an amazing week at #transform2024! Personally, I am leaving feeling inspired, motivated, and so grateful for the experience.
My Highlights: 🔸 Speaking on the "HR Initiatives on a Shoestring" panel with some truly brilliant HR leaders: John, Vanesa, Jennifer & Al-Husein 🎤 🔸 Attending sessions that challenged my thinking and sparked awesome discussions. 🔸 Expanding my network of some pretty cool people people, and seeing some old friends as well! Peter, JoJo, Melanie, Katie, Kyle, Jenna & Jasmine just to name a few. As well as the StartupExperts crew. 🔸 And of course...the epic Flo Rida concert to wrap it up with Flava Flav! 🔥 🕐
Huge thanks to the Transform team for letting me be a part of it this year! #transformMoments #community #futureofwork
I was excited to talk about this topic at DisruptHR NYC last month, HR and Head Coaching 🏆. I've worn both hats, and I really believe that HR is the Head Coach of our organizations 💡
Take a look and let me know if you agree!
Thank you to DisruptHR NYC for organizing a tremendous event, and a shout out to Ann Marie Morris for being a fantastic MC 🎤. I did get to share the stage with amazing people as well (Ebby Ajegbo, Taryn Hewett, Melanie Kingdon, SHRM-SCP (they/them), Vadim Liberman, Karen Miller, Jessica Torres-Soto (she/her/hers/ella), Karishma Israni, and of course Peter Phelan) #disrupthr #coachingculture
