Her expertise spans across Kids, Family, Toys & Entertainment, Gaming, Leisure, Skincare, Health & Wellness, encompassing skills in custom/mixed research methods, global brand equity tracking, consumer segmentation, and product/brand/campaign development. She also excels in content, positioning, and advertising research, emotional and motivational driver discovery, user-centered design, innovation, and trends monitoring and activation.

Cindy Pang pursued her education in MBA, specializing in Marketing Strategy and Consumer Behavior from the University of Southern California, a BA in Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology from UC San Diego, and a certification in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes.

She has held key roles in renowned organizations such as Global Consumer & Market Insights Lead at Proactiv and Acne Franchise within Galderma (formerly Nestle Skin Health), Senior Manager in Global Consumer Insights at Mattel, Inc. overseeing Cross-Portfolio, Brand, and International sectors, along with managerial positions in Global Consumer Insights for Mattel Games and Vehicle Brands (Matchbox, Tyco R/C). Prior to her insights roles, she started as an Analyst and grew within the insights domain. Her professional journey also includes experiences as a Marketing & Business Analyst at Wilshire Grand Los Angeles and as a Strategic Organizational Consultant at OPG Consulting.
