Claire Berlinski is an American journalist and author born in California in 1968.14 She is the Editor in Chief at The Cosmopolitan Globalist.2 Berlinski received a doctorate in International Relations from Balliol College, Oxford.14 She has lived and worked in the United States, Britain, Thailand, Laos, Turkey, and France.4
