Clare Kennedy Purvis, Psy.D., is a startup executive with a decade of experience in building and scaling companies in the intersection of health and technology.

She is the founder of WELL's Career Accelerator program, aimed at empowering women healthcare professionals to enhance their business acumen, simplify strategy, and amplify their influence in the digital health industry.

Through the Career Accelerator, Clare provides tailored curriculum, a supportive community, training from industry leaders, tools and templates, as well as accountability and coaching to help participants excel in their startup careers.

Her educational background includes a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP Stanford Consortium and studies in Value-Based Healthcare Design at Stanford University School of Medicine, among other qualifications.

Clare has held various advisory, board member, venture scout, and product leadership roles in organizations like Sanofi, Headspace Health, Google, and Brightline, where she has demonstrated expertise in digital healthcare, behavioral science, and product development.

With a strong focus on leadership, strategy, and impact, Clare's mission is to equip women leaders in digital health with the skills needed to drive meaningful change and create thriving careers in the industry.
