This year, the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) launched the construction cohort. We want to thank Gamut Project Solutions, Josh Durham for their exceptional leadership during the six-week cohort. This program has been invaluable in fostering a personal comprehensive understanding of core construction concepts and best practices. With MBDA assistance and professional development, providing support and guidance has been instrumental in helping our clients develop confidence and skills to pursue new opportunities.
To follow up with the cohort, Connect2Contract was a success! The highlight of my day was seeing contractors motivated, presenting their capability statements, and pitching their services to public, private, and prime contractors.
What's next, the cohort asked... The answer is clear: we are all eager to continue growing this network, building our skills, and exploring new opportunities. I am excited to be part of this journey and contribute to creating more success stories together.
