Dr. Claudia F. Lucchinetti, M.D., is a distinguished neurologist specializing in neuroimmunology and experimental neuropathology, with expertise in inflammatory demyelinating diseases such as multiple sclerosis.

With a rich background spanning nearly 30 years at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Lucchinetti has excelled as a researcher, educator, and clinician, and currently serves at The University of Texas at Austin as the Dean at Dell Medical School.

Her educational journey includes a B.A. in Biology from Northwestern University, a Doctor of Medicine from Rush Medical College, and specialized training at prominent institutions like the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.
