Thrilled to share another milestone in my coaching journey! I have achieved my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Certification from International Coaching Federation! Thank you to all my lovely private and corporate #Ezra clients and Thomas Wright MA, PCC and Alexa Smith for the huge support! This is just the beginning!! 🙌 #coaching
I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained two new certifications: Personal Performance Coach Diploma (ICF ACSTH) from The Coaching Academy and Workplace Neurodiversity Trainer from Thrive Neurodiversity & Mental Health!
As I wrap up 2023, it's time to reflect on what an enriching and productive year this has been!
It's not often that we have the privilege to take a career break to focus on self-development and to take a step back from the busy corporate world to regain clarity on our motivations and drivers. I started the coaching journey with the aim to become a better and stronger strategist for my clients with professional growth in mind.
Little did I know that it would get me thinking on how valuable leadership coaching skills are in the workplace (regardless of your role or grade) to strengthen one’s resilience and to create an engaging employee culture. Reflecting on how I would use my new coaching skills in any client situation and/ or in my role within a company led me to study the topic of Neurodiversity in the workplace.
Unlocking the potential of each individual is a key aspect to creating a healthy and inclusive workplace culture which will strengthen a company’s talent strategy. We all love working for organisations that provide countless benefits, but if these lack a leadership coaching approach and a neurodiversity mindset talent will come and go.
I am known for being a very keen workplace wellbeing advocate, and by bringing these two new skills together, I am hoping to continuo making a difference to my clients by better supporting their People strategy and to my colleagues by leading with a coaching and neurodiversity mindset.
I am thankful for all the inspiring conversations I have had this year and for all the supporters who have come out from nowhere and stuck with me on this journey: The Coaching Academy, Thrive Neurodiversity & Mental Health, EZRA Coaching, Mint Coaching & Consulting, and special mention to my career coach Sally Ann Robertson and my mentor Cristina Rigola .
And remember... it's not about the destination, it's about the journey! Here it is to an exciting 2024!
