Highlights
On Monday I enjoyed what we call our "Ivy Ladies" get-together. It's a routine gathering where we share life updates, work thoughts, and everything in between. These nights often happen when an Ivy is coming into the city. This week, Laura came in from LA, and we had a surprise visit from Gilli, our honorary Ivy lady that was in town from SF 😉
One of the greatest outcomes of building Ivy.co (acquired by Houzz) has been these lifelong relationships. We're like family. We've had our ups and downs but always come back to the fact that we were on a life-defining journey together, creating deep bonds. We learned, grew, succeeded, and hustled together. Each one of us was a crucial piece in building what Ivy became.
It's pretty amazing to sit around the table and hear about their current ventures. Gilli is the founder of Cents, Laura and Sivan are early builders at Cents, and Tara is continuing to build loyal communities with leading entrepreneurs.
Some key early Ivy ladies like Alex, Reisa, Ellie, and Helena were missing from the table on Monday. I hope this serves as their reminder to come see me in NYC soon!
Here's to my Ivy family!
Clay released new data today that underscores the importance of what we're doing in empowering the frontlines of public health (early educators!) with the tools to best support children's behavioral health.
I am grateful to have strong school partners on this journey alongside us that are invested in ensuring the best outcomes for children, such as Chase Begor, Danielle Millman, and Spencer Kushner of Otter Learning, Sasha Vinson of Kids R Kids Learning Academies, @Kate Sherrard of O2B Kids, and Kristen M. Waterfield of The Malvern School.
Clay has scaled to hundreds of daycares and preschools across the country. If you are interested in learning how we can support the behavioral health of your school's community, please reach out to us at [email protected]
