Corey Williams is a dedicated technology team leader with a passion for training and helping others succeed. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and French from Presbyterian College and has a robust background in technical support and team leadership.

Starting his career at The Nature Company, Corey quickly advanced from a sales position to Senior Help Desk Associate, where he supported over 150 retail stores. His love for training and assisting others began to flourish during this time.

In 1996, Corey joined Utopia Technology Partners as a Senior Help Desk Analyst, navigating through company mergers and layoffs to eventually become the Education Manager. Since 2003, he has been an integral part of Shoptech Software, where he excelled in team leadership and client technical support, emphasizing training and problem-solving.

Corey stands out as an Agile Leader, Collaborative Partner, and Passionate Instructor, known for his expertise in human capital development, help desk operations, and engaging curriculum delivery. His reputation as a relationship builder and goal achiever is well-recognized.

In his leisure time, Corey enjoys sports and passionately supports the San Jose Sharks in their pursuit of the Stanley Cup.
