Dr. Corinne Lipscomb is a distinguished scientist, innovator, and advocate for the integration of digital technology and tools in the scientific domain.

With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dr. Lipscomb's educational background also includes a B.A. in Chemistry with a minor in French from Manchester University, as well as completion of the High-Potential Women Leaders Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Her professional journey at 3M showcases her expertise, where she has held key roles such as Chief Product Owner in Materials Informatics, Senior and Technical Supervisor in the Corporate Research Materials Laboratory, Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Research Specialist in Pressure Sensitive Adhesives and Release Materials, and Senior Research Chemist in Adhesives & Polymer Science.

Dr. Lipscomb is not only a certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner and Agile Scrum Master but also a Product Owner, and Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, demonstrating her proficiency in project management and efficient delivery of innovative solutions.

Moreover, she actively advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM), emphasizing her commitment to fostering inclusive environments and promoting underrepresented voices in these areas.
