This is a good article... full of thought-provoking questions for our industry to consider. One question that caught my attention was ...
“Will new CDMOs emerge as they see an opening for providing services for a starving customer population?”
The short answer is, yes. However, the more significant question might be, “How will new CDMOs enhance their performance and move towards a sustainable customer-centric model?”
Now is the time for new partnerships. And, specifically, well-aligned partnerships that are not merely created on the premise of supply and demand, but rather, partnerships that support both parties achieving business goals to include near-term and long-term milestones.
INCOG BioPharma Services was created on the basic principle that a CDMO can be built around a better customer experience. And, by successfully delivering on a better customer experience, the path to achieving aligned business goals is possible.
Clear communication. Focused operational performance. On time delivery.
All the while, we continue to invest in expanding our capacity and capabilities, to ensure that the supply and demand models are aligned.
Simple ideas. But a challenge in our industry.
I’m here to say, we’re up to the challenge!
Today marked an important milestone for the team at INCOG BioPharma Services, as we received our temporary certificate of occupancy to move into our newly built office space in Fishers, IN.
It was exactly one year ago today that we closed on our purchase agreement for the site—how fitting that we now ready our business for the next steps in our journey. Laboratories and production area are next… #biopharma #thankyou #team
Thank you to all of our partners that made today possible!
