Komen, and Director of Development at various organizations such as Atlanta Humane Society, The ScreamFree Institute, JDRF, and Young Survival Coalition.

She has also served as the Executive Director - Atlanta Affiliate at Young Survival Coalition and gained experience in television as a scriptwriter at ABC Television and in roles encompassing TV hosting, account executive, promotional marketing, and sales representation at Onboard Media.
