Courtney Chappell is a dedicated advocate for racial and social justice who has held various leadership roles throughout her career. She previously served as the Advocacy Director and part of the shared leadership team at Legal Voice, where she managed strategic initiatives to advance the legal rights of women, girls, and LGBTQ individuals across the Pacific Northwest.1

Currently, Chappell is consulting for the White House Initiative on Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders, providing programmatic, strategic, and administrative support to expand access to federal resources and programs for these diverse communities.1
