Registration is still open for a few more days to join the next Managing People certificate program through Whitworth LEARN. I would love to have you join me in this unique learning experience that combines online content with group executive coaching.

One of the exercises in the course explores the paradox of who we ARE and who we are BECOMING as managers. This list of BOTH/AND pairings from the spring cohort provides a powerful reminder that we can remain authentic and also expand into a broader version of ourselves.

Participants shared that the group was engaging, insightful, and supportive - truly a safe space to learn, grow, and explore as you deepen skills in leading teams.

Message me with questions - happy to connect if you'd like to learn more.

Attention managers, and those who support manager development!!

Join the next Managing People cohort beginning in mid-August. This hybrid program combines online content, executive coaching, and a supportive peer community.

Facilitating the pilot program earlier this year was a true HIGHLIGHT for me. The valuable connections forged in the safe space created by the group far exceeded my expectations, and I'm so excited to launch the next cohort.
