Craig Peters is an accomplished individual who transitioned from an English Literature background to a successful career in science and entrepreneurship. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Colgate University, Craig pursued his passion for science by studying Physics at UC Berkeley and Columbia University in the City of New York as a non-matriculating student.
Driven by his interest in using science to address significant challenges, Craig furthered his education by earning a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from Stanford University in his early 40's. This academic achievement marked a pivotal moment that set the stage for his entrepreneurial journey.
In 2011, Craig Peters founded his first science-focused company in the solar industry, PLANT PV, where he served as the CEO and Co-founder. His dedication and leadership led to the successful acquisition of the company by a Japanese multinational in early 2019.
Throughout his career, Craig has held various roles, including serving as a Currency Trader at Lehman Brothers, a consultant at Beacon Hill Consulting and Solon Mack Capital, a PhD Candidate at Stanford University, and a founding member and COO at Stockback.
