Cristián Maulén is the General Manager of CustomerTrigger, a company specializing in data-driven marketing decisions and interaction technologies.

With over 20 years of experience in customer management and processes, Cristián collaborates with experts in marketing, service, and sales across ten different industrial sectors.

Prior to founding CustomerTrigger, he held positions such as Director of Sales for the Southern Cone at Pitney Bowes Inc. and led customer processes at GMAC (now GMF).

His current focus involves assisting organizations in developing technological capabilities to automate and enhance customer interactions, ultimately increasing revenue and improving customer lifetime value.

For the past decade, Cristián has also been an integral part of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Chile, serving as the Academic Director of the Diploma in Customer Experience & Data-Driven and Director of the Digital Society Observatory within the Administration Department.

Additionally, he holds the position of President of the Direct and Digital Marketing Association of Chile (AMDD) and was recognized as the MKTG BEST 2017 Academic in Marketing.

Beyond his professional commitments, Cristián enjoys a fulfilling family life with his three children, indulges in running marathons, and shares his journey with his companion Gabriela.
