As the Black at Smartsheet (BAS) ERG executive sponsor, I want to highlight how BAS supported and celebrated Black History Month. The national theme for this year’s Black History Month was African Americans and the Arts. BAS saw this as an opportunity to showcase art infused with African and Caribbean influence to honor the Black lived experience.

While BAS embraced the national theme for this month, we also added a theme of its own: History in the Making. These themes set the tone and guided the discussions that took place during our Black History Month events. (heart emoji)

Read more in our blog about how our BAS ERG and Smartsheet worked to drive meaningful change during Black History Month.
