Bank Of America is "bad actor"! To get a PPP loan you have to have a business account with them or a business loan, not just a regular account as many contractors/1099 have today. Today 10s of thousands of BofA customers are on their own to find a PPP loan. They will find the loan elsewhere, but it will take time and when the find a "good" bank that will do it they will go to the bottom of the list for approvals.
Also BofA is the only larger bank not giving 90 days extensions on mortgage payments, they say "contact us".
It is very sad that in the time on need BofA doesn't care about their customers. I for one will will not be a customer any longer. I encourage others to spread the word about BofA being a "bad actor" and drop BofA as their bank.
Here is the management team at BofA, let them know it is not OK to abandon your customers in their time of need.
