🚀10 Things to Celebrate About 10 Years Online with My Company RealFit.tv 🎉

What a benchmark to hit! 🤘🏼

10 years in the online world reaching women across the globe and bringing a fucking AWESOME community together based on our vibe, not dictated by our location. 🥳 It’s been an incredible decade, and I’m just getting started.

Here are a few things I want to acknowledge and celebrate so I can consciously bring them into my next decade of business because it’s a pretty incredible foundation to have built! (Happy to say I am doing a much better job at stopping to celebrate the accomplishments in my life, so here it goes.)

I CELEBRATE 🎉🎉🎉

  1. My clients and their contribution to the 1000’s of videos in the workout library that I couldn’t have done with so much FUN and energy without their input!!

  2. Collaboration + connection to other entrepreneurs and talented colleagues.

  3. An outlet for my creative expression.

  4. Always learning + expanding - becoming a better and better human being.

  5. Honoring my passion, purpose and meaning even when the rest of the world teaches us to do otherwise.

I LOVE my work. LOVEEEEE my work!!!!

  1. NOT GIVING UP!

  2. My beautiful studio is like a second home to me and my clients (in person AND online).

  3. RealFit as the vehicle that allowed me to pivot and expand my teaching + coaching from fitness to include repairing one’s relationship to food, exercise and themselves as part of how to create a beautifully awesome life.

  4. Being pushed to the edge so many times it forced me to accept help and support if I wanted to stay in the game and thrive.

  5. More fun and happiness in my life because of RealFit.

If you are a current client or have been a client in the past, what is the thing YOU want to celebrate from our time together? ❤️‍🔥🎉🫶🏼🚀🍑😂🤘🏼👇🏼

Meet Mandy Wrazen 💜 The Client Concierge for my MindFit Mentorship program where I help women heal their relationship with food, without the food rules!

This month I am celebrating 10 years running my online company RealFit.tv where the MindFit program was born. I am so proud and excited to announce that I am teaming up with this incredible powerhouse of a woman to help guide others on their path to food freedom because I have hit a limit on how much I can do all by myself as the leader of my community.

Mandy is at her 10 year celebration too, but hers is sobriety and it’s coming up this March. Mandy & I came together in Oct of 2022 after her realization that one addiction can easily spill into the next if the underlying issues are not being properly addressed. It went from drinking to food and she was determined to find a way to dive in deeper than what AA was able to address with alcohol alone.

Enter: The MindFit Mentorship.

This was the ideal complement to the work she had put into her sobriety that would ultimately lead her to where she is today; a satisfying and peaceful acceptance of who she is and how she takes care of herself without the constant drive to lose more weight ruling her every thought and causing destructive behavior.

With this incredible real-world experience to share, Mandy has taken on the role to meet women where they are at in exploring the possibility of healing their own relationship with food. She is available to discuss the MindFit Mentorship path and be honest with how it might or might not work for you, depending on where you are in your own journey towards food freedom.

Should you decide to enroll in the mentorship, Mandy will be by your side as a touch point and accountability person you can trust throughout the program, hence “Client Concierge!”

One thing I know for sure, Mandy cannot WAIT to talk with you about this!
