Highlights
Thrilled to announce I am finally done! Four years and I finally can say I have finished my PhD in Psychology. The best part by far was my dissertation topic of “the experience of happiness for retired executive women.” Huge thanks to all the women who stepped up and shared their lives with me. I feel honored and privileged to have learned so much from you.
I’ve already gotten to use new techniques in my daily work, and I can’t wait to go deeper into new theories and methods and how I can bring positive psychology into the employee experience world. Have I mentioned I am not a fan of school, or structure, or writing, or math, or statistics? And yet, here we are. 😊
Huge thanks to the leaders across several orgs (Kate Moore, Melissa Corwin, Tina Gupta, Jane Roques-Shaw and last but not least, Seth Zimmer, Ph. D., who sparked the idea and was my catalyst) who have supported this journey across the last few years – I am sure my many questions and ideas to try new things have been exhausting.
An interesting role with a cool team. Check it out!
