Daniel Griffiths, also known as 'Mr. G,' has amassed over 25 years of experience in student development in various sectors such as non-profit, for-profit, ministry, and as a private contractor with the Health and Welfare State Department.
He holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership with a thesis emphasis on Student Identity Formation/Curriculum and achieved a GPA of 3.4 at Crown College Graduate Studies. Additionally, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry with a GPA of 2.9 at Crown College.
Throughout his career, Daniel has held diverse roles such as Residence Hall Director, Director of International Student Life, and Dean of Boys, among others. He has also founded a research and consulting organization called P.A.R.T.Y. Inc. and has worked as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist.
Daniel Griffiths is known for his consulting and speaking skills, organizational abilities, conflict management expertise, and passion for self-identity development. His main objective is centered around student/young adult development and equity, aiming to empower individuals and their supporting entities to lead impactful and productive lives.
Currently, Daniel is focused on continuing in leadership roles where he can leverage his strengths to influence and empower others. His long-term objective involves building dynamic connections and opportunities to consult and speak domestically and internationally, particularly with private and corporate entities, young adults, and students, to inspire hope, purpose, and positive change.
