I have a team of 20 coaches I mentor who in turn work one-on-one with business owners to grow their enterprise. When a new coach joins my team, the #1 concern they have varies, but it always comes down to a lack of certainty. Certainty is a mindset. We can go there at will by changing what we focus on, what we are saying to ourselves, and what emotion we are choosing to experience in the moment. Too often when we're scared or uncertain, we're focusing on OURSELVES when instead, we need to be focusing on helping SOMEONE ELSE. I was once told that suffering only occurs when you are focusing on yourself...think about that. I tell the coaches on my team that if they just help ONE business owner every single day, they will in short order gain new clients. That doesn’t necessarily mean we’re trying to get them to be a client (although that happens), but what it means is we’re creating a habit to reach out and help someone every single day, no matter how small that gesture may be. So, if you're uncertain about something, put yourself in a state of certainty and you'll immediately know the answer as to what you need to do. If you're suffering, find someone else you can contribute to or help, and your suffering will disappear. Have a terrific Tuesday everyone! #fulfilment #business #growth #mentoring
