Highlights
Microsoft hosted WTW and some of our industry peers in Bangalore recently. The presentation and discussion centered around trends in the benefits space in Asia and the sharing of best practices in the industry. Health, Wellness, Sustainability were the main themes of the day together with perspectives on how employers are focused on staying competitive on benefits despite economic headwinds, benefits strategy challenges, the rising cost of benefits and inclusivity.
From exploring practices on how to get the best services from your vendors, to measuring VOI (not ROI) and the need for multi-focused and clear communication, it was an engaging and inclusive conversation, just as we desire our benefits to be.
Thank you to the group for making the time and sharing valuable inputs. #Microsoft #WTW #totalrewards #benefits
