Huge data leak dubbed the 'Mother of all Breaches' sees 26 BILLION records leaked from sites including Twitter, Linkedin, and Dropbox - here's how to check if you've been affected. This is going to drive allot of credential stuffing attacks and attempts against corporate accounts because unfortunately many continue to mix work and personal accounts. It is important to check on a personal level if you are affected and its also the right time to enable MFA on all your accounts that can support it. If you are responsible for the security of your enterprise now is the right time to pull the breach list and check for corporate account use and start doing resets. Also its a good time to nofify your employees and have them reset passwords if they may have resused them on sites that they shouldn’t. If you haven’t set your policies in this area around password and account reuse of enterprise accounts now is the right time to do so. If you are not sure how to put out a communication in this area and how to prepare for something like this and need a quick assist, please feel free to DM me.
