PROBLEM OR SOLUTION

Finding solutions to everyday situations is a science, an art, an amalgam of "cross-disciplinary skills" that we put into action..

Context, timing and perceptions of problems and situations are important determinants.

Practising metacognitive mental activities enables us to take a step back from the situations we have to deal with.

In well over 50% of cases, problems fade away on their own over time by ignoring them — you have to learn to live with them during these intervals.

Often, a problem is an opportunity, but our skill level or emotions prevent us from perceiving it.

Regularly, we create the problem — our patterns betray us in these situations..

In almost all situations, the angle from which we approach the situation, our way of putting things into perspective with the arsenal of skills we've developed, is decisive.
